Plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene are regularly used for the manufacture of containers which need to be identified by printing or labelling.
Treatment of the surface with a high intensity laminar flow flame without distortion, provides for efficient application of these identification processes.
Whatever the material that needs surface flaming, precise & safe control of the burners is essential. BFT injectors & needle valves matched to the volumetric demands of the selected burners offer sensitive and safe control for laminar flow flame settings of varying intensities.
Ring burners can be supplied with or without continual spark ignition - operating as a sensor/failure device and an electronic control unit.
Ring configuration is dependent on customer and application requirements. BFT have the expertise to develop a solution for your specific requirements.
